ROUTE SERVICE & SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Route Service & Sales Representatives can earn up to $70,000 per year.
TOP PERFORMING SERVICE & SALES REPRESENTATIVES:
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit that maximizes the lifetime value of customer accounts through growing customer satisfaction
- Take charge – develop and service your own route and customer base as if it was your own. You will visit multiple customers per day – ranging from mid-sized companies to major corporate locations
- Like driving and working in a very physical role
- Are customer-focused, results-driven relationship managers with a positive attitude, passion for hard work and customers who look forward to your visits

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will restock our customer’s first aid cabinets, replace used or expired products, service safety equipment, and recommend products to help ensure our customers remain OSHA and ANSI/ISEA compliant. You will sell and service First Aid Cabinets, Safety Products, Eye Wash Stations, and AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) and recommend Safety Training Programs. You will prospect and bring in new accounts to increase your territory.
No experience with First Aid and Safety Products? No worries, we provide excellent training!
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Hourly Base Pay, a draw against commission once fully trained
- Opportunity for bonuses and incentives
- Paid time off and holidays
WORK HOURS AND LOCATION:
The work schedule is 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Start times vary – work hours are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. Located in Canoga Park with a non-smoking environment. Significant local travel with start and end of your day in Canoga Park.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 Years Route Sales Experience preferred
- California Driver’s License with clean driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Clear handwriting and ability to use a calculator
- Experienced in positive customer interactions
- Excellent problem solving skills and good judgement
- Persuasive communicator
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals

Responsibilities include prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads through cold calling, setting appointments, generating revenue, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 Year Inside Sales Experience
- New B2B (Business to Business) sales experience

- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience with a CRM (Customer Management System) preferred
- Goal driven and ambitious
- Persuasive communicator
- Excellent problem solving skills and good judgement
